DISCRIMINATION
We are determined to end all types of unfair treatment in soccer. The members work together to fight against biased systems and create a supportive environment for everyone involved in the sport. They work with leagues, clubs, and governing bodies to make sure that fair treatment and equal opportunities are put into practice at all levels.
EDUCATION & GOVERNANCE
We work to break down barriers in soccer and make sure everyone has a fair chance. Our members speak up about diversity and fair treatment in local and national soccer discussions. We push for fair representation and policies that fight discrimination, aiming for a soccer environment that celebrates its diverse players and fans. BPC is changing the game, aiming for a future where soccer is more than just a sport—it's a tool for empowerment, learning, and inclusive leadership.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We stands up for accountability in soccer. We work with leagues, clubs, and governing bodies to make sure they are transparent and accountable for making real changes. We want to make sure diversity, fairness, and inclusion are at the heart of soccer. BPC members speak out against injustice and work to make soccer a sport where accountability is key to making things better.

Black Players for Change (BPC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization consisting of Black players, coaches and staff from Major League Soccer, working to bridge the racial equality gap that exists in society. BPC is committed to tackling the racial injustices that have limited Black people from having an equitable stake in the game of soccer and society. Among the many goals, the organization strives to advance the attention on human rights inequalities from protest to programs, partnerships, and policies that address systemic discrimination.
